The spectrum isn't just limited to people who have a diagnosis. The spectrum runs right through the population. So most of us are in the middle of the range, but people could be below or above average. And it may be that on this particular metric, you have a higher than average number of autistic traits. That would be my kind of take on it.

Today is part two with Professor Simon Baron-Cohen. In this episode, we go deeper into the challenges, but also the opportunities of being neurodiverse.
