PID Controller - How to Detect a Process Control Problem in a Premon
I can say that they belong to maybe 97 or 98 percent of the cases of any kind of the process control problem what you can have with the PID, APC controller or even MPC controller we can detect this in a premon and we can't give you an early stage or early or alert also one thing what definitely we have successfully done we have separated the individual controller contribution so eventually you will get like a percentage from 0 to 100 for each control action proportional integral and derivative which is presented in the current PID controller. Based on that you can easily see which kind of the control action out of the tree has created the problems inside of the PID controller.
