What Is Social Identity Complexity?
We can be wrong in our subjective perceptions but then we create the reward and then there's the friendly members of groups that actually make it a reality. Social identity complexity is basically acknowledging that at least in our complex world throughout this world if you can go back and think of the evolutionary roots of group belonging Roots where people have clear differences and their whole lives revolved around particular group belonging. We don't share things on one basis with some people that we don't share with others so when we have that kind of multiple identities that are non overlapping or non completely urgent then we experience much harder for us to split down into different groups.
