Madison: I downloaded TikTok last November, knowing that we were going to be pivoting our solution in January. And I said I need to figure out this platform before I designed a solution around short form video. But I specifically didn't go to TikTok to make my brand about being a startup founder and that's a personal choice. "I think that it can work really well and I've seen it work really well for their founders," he adds.
