The Diarama in London

The diarama was created by Buton and de gare in the late 1800s. It featured a series of three-dimensional images that were animated with light and sound effects. In less than a year, it had made back all its costs - so they decided to open a second theatre at regent's park london. Both the public and critics raved over the diorama which opened on September 20, 1823.
