I would say approaching races with like an understanding that if stuff hits the fan you know everything goes wrong there are so many things you can do to actively try to keep moving forward. I think just remembering that problems can be solved and sometimes time solves problems the best. Yeah yeah I feel like put together a course record performance, matching Diana Finkel and then exceeding it at the end every step of the way any any fun stories or anecdotes from the Hard Rock race? Oh gosh um let me try to even remember the race.
