The Importance of Knowing Your Passion

A lot of people will say, well, follow your passion. I don't think that's necessarily the way to do it because you've been given a certain gift and you have the gift. You need to understand like, what are your gifted skills? What are these? And then when you hit those two things right there in the sandwich of it, that's where the passion comes in. When you become extremely passionate, not necessarily through the act of what you're doing, but through what it is giving to other people.
