The Importance of a Native Mobile Experience
We believe that if there is sort of this distinct class of users that is different, a native mobile experience would actually be a better one for them. And the interaction effects are actually pretty cool, right? You can imagine, for example, a bike repair fleet that is managed by someone sort of in HQ. And now you can have a retool web app that can send out native notifications to sort of these mobile clients. To me, that's a really cool sort of reinforcing narrative there.
