Kimra says she didn't know what the song would be about before working with Skrillex. She wanted to try her hand at a more rhythmic way of singing and did gibberish vocals over it. John Congleton was the first person to put a drop on the song, adding 808s and a snare. He helped me pull all the puzzle pieces together into something cohesive.
