Execution for a PM usually starts with designing in there, either in their head or on a piece of paper. So, what you need to do to design is the technical aspect of it. Do you want to start building wood or plastic pens? What is the opportunity to grow your customers? What's the opportunity to sell more and make revenue off of your idea?
