Think about your best or favorite clients. What are the commonalities? What feedback did they give you? What was the high point of their experience? You know, so when you're sharing images with them, what are the first ones that stand out to them that they share? What are they saying about those things? I think those can be revealing too about their motivations and what's really connecting with them. Or if they're leaving you reviews on something like wedding wire or the not, what do they say in those reviews? We noticed when we are photographers that a lot of people kind of said the same thing.
