In some companies, people talk about things like, ya, i just came out of this meeting, and i thought that was an interesting idea. And so is a bit more of a gossiping culture, i'd like, where it's constant gossiping and so on. But if that takes over, it creates a culture where you will not raise ideas because you don't want be the one being talked about to morrow. Something that's what we can learn from companies like pi, right? They would always say, at the begining of a meeting, at the beginning, all ideas are bad. You give people the license to not feel crazy when they come up with an idea that
