Rojas: I've been obsessed with running in this creek for like the last year. Part of it is because I remember the feeling of what did my body feel like when I was like 18 playing basketball, super springy. The smaller the surface area, the quicker you need to get off the thing. And just for people, you know, bricks too, just take a brick, cut it in half, barefoot, stand on it. You'll probably don't think about why they're doing it. They're like, oh, I'm just working the different muscles or something,. But there's a whole other bubble outside that offers a huge dynamic opportunity.
