The Slowest Markets in the United States

Today, we don't rank any market as being very strong anymore. 37% of those markets are what we would call normal. 42% of them have now shifted into a cooling period where they're growing at a slow pace. The surprise to me was actually Cleveland, because Cleveland has been essentially a very consistent perennial market.
