Having a Natural Rhythm for Self Love
I think that I've always had a natural rhythm for it in my life because I come from a very loving, generous, incredible family. That loving rhythm and frequency has always been a part of me. It's an intergenerational knowledge and power that I have, but I do think at some point in my life I may be disassociated from it. So it's been great to have spaces that you could access to reconnect with yourself in that way.
