The Concept of High Strangeness
I've always dismissed all that stuff, but as I have explored the, you know, listening to Alex Friedman and Sam Harris. There's Cubism, which is this interpretation of quantum mechanics based on Bayesian inferences or Bayesian statistics. It's basically creating the experience in a quick and dirty way rather than rendering an objective reality. And then your brain does this error checking and then if the input changes and your brain's like, okay, that really doesn't match. That kind of allows your brain to set up, okay, this must be what I'm seeing.
