How to Be a Good Communicator

A good communicator is key to being a successful leader. Being humble, curious and empathetic are also important for UX designers. Good leaders bring everyone else up with them - working alone in a corner may make you a great designer but really great leaders know that software they build is only as good as their weakest team member.
