I think what you said there is so critical to underline, yet again, which is, we all need help. You know, i look at how many people are trying to make real changes in themselves on their own. And it's ok who we getting here. We've been say im going to do this for 20 years. We haven't done it yet. If you haven't done the last 20 years, you really believe you're gong to do it next week? No, you need help. I that one thing i think we over exaggerate is this mocho will power crap. All of us have got this crap.
