Listening in the Moment Is the Most Honest, Effective Healing Reflection
When I first started as a coach, I had so much fear about like, I don't deserve to be here. And then it's like I've learned that like that was my worst gift because I was trying to stay inside of my mind in a way that I prepared in fear. If you listen in the moment, you will have the most honest, useful healing reflection. You can have an idea and a plan, but if you if you prepare too much, and it's like you're knowing what you're going to say in a conversation before you hear what everyone else has to say.
