How to Treat Non-Furulent Cellulitis
Cellulitis is a sometimes misdiagnosed condition. One of the things people miss is distinguishing purulent cellulitis from non-furulent cellulitis. The best thing to do is to think about the organisms, and we think that this is probably a strep. Five days of therapy is way plenty for uncomplicated cellulitis. You don't need 10. And I still seek folks getting 10 days.
