Is Open Source a Playground for Engineers?

Open source has been very much playground for engineers, right? Like the te tool set and, you know, get hub and get and source control on the full requests and issues. And it's been a low bit hostile to p ms and designers. I think we've made some headways. If r p ms get togethere with other people in the communityt to cut a design beyond technical solutions.
