How do you know that if you took away the humanity from the perpetrators' perspective, their desire to commit the act would go down? Is that a—you're inferring that or you've observed that? I think we'd have to infer that from the data in the book. So what we can look at is what the perpetrators are saying and doing. Another example might be something like robbery, where physical violence and assault ends up getting involved.
