The Pros and Cons of Going Public

At the time in early 2019, 2020, there was really no venture market for you after the seed round. So it was either going out and raising maybe $100, $200 million at whatever valuation. Or it was like go public and raise a billion. We basically chose to do that. And we raised a substantial amount of capital,. Like a little under a billion dollars we close into 2021 from that process. It's being used to fund the development and certification of the aircraft.
