The paradigm of we are building in components now has taken over. There is a big chunk of the web that doesn't thinks like people that use modern JavaScript frameworks think when they make a website. The only tool available to me to size or make styling decisions based on how big it is is a container query. So if I'm going to write styles for that component, I have no idea how big the page is. That's the thing I couldn't should be doing on every single component in my entire code base.
