The Different Methods Used to Assess MRD in CLL
There are three risk categories which have been established, low, intermediate, and high based on the absolute lymphocyte count and the size of the lymph nodes. So, in our practice, we tend to follow these guidelines actually very strictly. And following these guidelines, I think we haven't really had any major issues in terms of, you know, tumor lysis syndrome or patients in trouble because of the less risk. But that's something I pream the patient so they're not totally surprised when that happens.
