I think the myth of healthy is that when people who are overwhelmed, overstressed, overweight can't figure it out. The idea for you to be perfect is ridiculous. You don't have to do these five tools every single day. On your worst days, if you can do one, that's great. And I would say that 25% of the time they really feel like a good person and want to train every day. It doesn't fight against me in losing weight but empowering.
