Petersen: If we were living in a virtual reality, occasionally you would see some kind of glitch. But i think it even better reason to not believe win a simulation and just get on with things. The knowledge that we're gong to die does spur us on todo to do things tat. It creates a purpose in our life beyond what evolution tells us to do. We want to achieve things, to leave something behind the legacy.
