Transitioning From ISS to Commercial Habitats
There's a lot of potential there for the CLD program. The thing that companies often struggle with, this is another topic, is the regulatory uncertainty and what companies are going to invest in. So I do think there is going to be a transition period. We've been so intent on which we had to be building it and then operating it...the utilization budget has been tiny.
