Plant Base Dairy
Cultures that people were still using in trying to re purpose for all these plant base substraits were designed originally for dairy. And they've evolved over hundreds or maybe even thousands of years to process milk, most effectively anto yogred and cheese. Now if people want to reuse those and apply them to cocoanut or oat or casaba bases, they don't work as well. It doesn't generate authentic dairy fla vors. So we're much more excited about the building really de eships with great commercial partners who wine with their values and bring really transformed into products to customers.
