Is It a Good Idea to Label Food?
Ultra process is a vast category. Some of them, for example, will have fibre and vedge in it. Is it sensible to have a general warning to keep away from prses food? O do we have to be more neans, or just think of another category? I would say, within the category, there is stuff that is really harmful, that is almost entirely made from synthetic ingredients. And then there's stuff that, you know, has one flavour extract in it. And should we really call that ultra process?
