Dock: I think writing is one of the most important things we can do to help sort out our feelings. In my own life, when i started coming to terms with the fact that maybe being a doctor was not my true purpose, that caused me a huge amount of anxiety and depression. And so i wrote a blog post almost every day for a full year. It became like an on lined diary of what i was feeling and why. That's number five on this list of great habits to work on in 20 22, or to change your life forever.
