Control over food trumps convenience for most consumers. Users want to be able to change each aspect of the food, and we now allow it. We did not realize earlier how picky a kids were when it came to food. And people wanted more customise ability. The biggest value prop for these people who had, whad kids was a a a they saved a lot of time.
