Pastoral Leadership and Staff-Led Elder Rule - Is That the Right Way?

As a church, as this congregation has grown in size, we've added more staff positions and so we're a lot or enabled if you will to do things a little bit differently. So we are elder-governed but in so many ways on a day-to-day basis we are staff-led. And again we're not saying that's the right way but it's the way we function because we're a larger church. I was going to say we're almost a megachurch aren't we now? We have five staff members now. It just looks a little bit different than maybe if you are the preaching pastor and you have other elders with you and you're the only
