The Air Force's Threats to Washington

The traffic pattern has gotten around 17 18 19 20 21 streets in DC. After after 9 11, basically the security officials were given total right over this over the streetscape. There's no way if you're there to navigate it unless you know or or if you have I guess if you have ways or something like that going but you have no so I was like going around and around in circles in a city that I once knew like the back of my hand.
