The Fed would say that the unemployment rate needs to settle at the boom part of a cycle. It's unclear how you would be able to have the economy Grow as you want it to without causing inflation, right? Mm-hmm. Do you think this just shows how important it is for the Fed to be independent of other parts of government because here we are I mean inflation is already high.
