The Stable Eye
When we were doing 1917, Pete Cavacuzzi came up with this thing using a steady cam arm and a post but then put in a stable eye on top of that. I do think the stable eye responds slightly differently. So it's like a slight learning curve. It's not reacting the same way that a steady cam works. But that's the same with any tool you have to kind of learn the way it reacts. There's an amazing piece of equipment. 1917 was probably a movie that used it more than it had been in one movie than it hadbeen used before.
