Ericson: Just because a finding, which is looking at mean differences, conflicts with your personal experience, that doesn't mean that the finding is wrong. You can look at your experience and be like, no, that's fuck and bullshed. And i think that people underestimate how often that occurs. If we find something that is generally effective from a training perspective, nutrition perspective, whatever, m if it works pretty well for most people, it's got to work for you too.
