Is Your Boss a Shod Umbrella?
If my boss has feedback for one of my direct reports, i would ask my boss to tell him directly. I wouldn't want to abandon my shit umbrellaa, responsibilitis if my boss were going to be a jerk. But usually i try really hard not to work for people derks. And and so assuming my my boss is a reasonable person, the right thingu be for my boss to talk directly to the person.
