Do You Really Do Meditation?

David Perry: I feel like there's the possibility of sitting in meditation and having that sort of happen in waves where it's like, you know, kind of slightly less mindfulness coming together. He says this isn't really something that is quote meditation because you don't necessarily sit there for 30 minutes doing this number one. And number two, you might notice yourself doing it when you're not in formal meditation. Perry: From the point of view of Satyapatana and Wakeness, I don't care if you have a sitting practice. You can awaken without doing those things at all.
