How to Grow a Great Auction
i always ended up trying to pay people less than were worth and get more out of them. The reason that jim lunch has been able to grow is because i wasn't the one running n the operations. I would probably say, if you can, trying to start somewhere like high thirties, forty graind a year um, and and go from there. It's just being candid with yourself and knowing what you suck at,. Then aggressively hiring against that m and hiring people who are good.
