How Do You Explain This Kind of Mismanagement and Lack of Accountability in the Firm?
CNN's John Defterios spoke with former P.G.A. employees about their experiences at the company. He says there was a " palpable sense of kind of guilt sadness and perhaps confusion as to how things went so wrong" But he also said that many people who had intimate knowledge of some of these recommendations, things that were not done, didn't want to talk about it. defterios: The book is one in which I wish I had a better perspective on how some of the people closest to these issues would explain it.
