Neutrinos Are Left-Handed, but They Do Have Mass
The Higgs field can't give masses to particles that are their own antiparticle. Neutrinos only ever exist as left-handed versions of the particle. Maybe there is a right-handed neutrino out there, but it doesn't interact with the weak force at all.
