Core: A Subset of Standard Library
core is a subset of stood. It doesn't require any of the extra stuff that you might only find in a more quote unquote modern or full featured piece of hardware. Now libraries can now specify their dependencies with a little bit more granular. I don't know whether we'll see further subdivisions of this, like threading or randomness.
