The Problem With Self-Focused Ambition
There's nothing wrong with planning in of itself about looking ahead but the way in which we do it can be wrong again. The bible doesn't condemn ambition and i would argue that is part of the god instilled desire for dominion that god has given all of us right back in genesis 128. Like so many things it become a bad thing when it becomes self-focused and it can actually become a sin according to Philippians 2 3.
