How to Sign a Contract Before Closing a Deal
It varies depending on the size of the deal and the complexity of the deals. In a small deal, you may be able to get away to have the key talent to sign agreement before it is signed contracts. And realistically, when you get to even medium or large deal, they cannot broadcast this deal happening to everyone of the key talent. Some country, non-compete doesn't mean anything because not enforceable by laws. Non-compete could also have financial implications. I think in some country, you actually have to compensate for them not to work for the companies.
