A lot of robotics work already looks into how you can use curricula to improve like robustness of these robots and I think obviously a lot of the UED work just slots in naturally as alternatives to some of these methods. anywhere where roboticists are using domain randomization in simulation you can try using an unsupervised environment design curriculum. One really cool case I think would be applying it to the like the plasma control for the tokamak reactor because a lot of that my understanding is was done in simulators.
