i really think there's purpose in a lot of our symptoms that's just my perspective so yeah i offer those people kind of pick one or the other or both if they pick both. I like to start if they're open to it with exposure um like setting up an exposure hierarchy and then maybe even having them start doing those exposures. And then outside of therapy they're definitely still engaging in those exposures but also starting to develop this like different mindset with their OCD symptoms.
