The Roadmap Is a Powerful Example

A road map is a way of saying, you know, here's what we're working on now. And I have for gosh, my whole career said, I would rather ship what's ready on a date than ship what'sready whenever it's ready. So many organizations still seem to have a waterfall orientation of no, we have a fixed scope and a fixed date. They have no recollection that we've never succeeded at that.
