What Do You Wish You Had Learned as a Business Leader?

i wish i would have known early on that a perfect product, anit isn't enough. If you just have a great product, you can easily not be found. You really need that full, full sweet of of a business at the end of the day to kind of get your message across totally. Are there any folks who have been really influential in your path, either as mentors or even peers? I've almost always had a business amentor of some sort. And i think it's vital for any role, absolutely anywhere.
