The Bull Cycle of ETH

The ETH coin was literally launched at the exact top of the last bull run it was quite literally like the top yeah right so it's never had its own sort of like bull run to shine this happens a lot with coins or they sort of launched at the end then they'd never do anything and then they get beat to hell. The other side of that argument is that when that happens you do have a lot of people who are badly underwater who want to unload their bags which isn't great but this is what we're seeing here.
